How URL / Domain Capitalization Effects Servers, Google

Example:   domainname.com/page1  domainname.com/Page1

IIS:   both URLs will get a server response of 200 and google will index both pages as different URLs

Linux: the correct URL will get a 200 and the other will get a 404
